|Recommended: YesAll in all a great place — Would like to say this is a great community to live and plan to stay here however I did rate the office low due to something they did that I feel is inexcusable. We had a hurricane that was due to hit us a few day before our rent was due and the office thought that it was ok to send us several reminders a day to let us know that even though a hurricane was due to come our way rent was still due by the 3rd. If a major storm is coming our way and I am low on supplies, I will be getting supplies and rent will take a back seat. You should not ever make someone choose between supplies for a serious storm and rent, that wrong. The storm thankfully turned and didn't hit us however the stress over getting supplies and paying rent at the same time was ridiculous and should not have happened. Other than that, this place is great with the exception for the parking. To congested from neighbors having more cars than what they are allowed to have or unauthorized guest that stay beyond the 2 or 3 days that is appropriate. What is the point in parking stickers if they are not enforced

|Recommended: YesComfortable and serene — Reliable, clean, and affordable, but showers, medicine cabinets, dishwasher and faucets need updating. Also, the landscaping in backyard needs new sod and the residents need to be encouraged to respect the pool area trash pick up, putting furniture back where it belongs .

|Recommended: NoNo emergency response during the night whatsoever — I called several times the emergency number and left messages because my ac was not working since 8 o'clock at night, i gave it some time the temperature in my apartment got up to 87 degrees and i have a child who just got surgery that cannot be sweating, it is so uncomfortable to sleep with this heat we couldn't get sleep all night, why have a 24 hour “emergency number” if they cant even return the call back to address the issue, i am so disappointed we pay so much money here and its not even worth it.

|Recommended: YesWelcome Home — This is the most welcoming community Have dogs You'll see meet 10 others when you walk yours. Also, play in one of the two dog parks any time Have kids We've got two pools and a play area. Like to sit and be still Your patio, front porch, or the lake are wonderful places to be still. You won't even need to stress when something breaks - the maintenance staff is on top of any requests in a very timely manner AND with great skill. This is truly home.

|Recommended: NoPretty place but not safe — When I first moved, I was told every person who lives here needs a parking sticker and anybody who doesn’t will only have up to 24 hours of parking - well, nobody is forcing this “policy”. Also was told the pool will be strictly for neighborhood but truthfully anybody goes in. What do we need the key for if you can get in without one my car got broken into a couple of weeks ago. Security sucks. Not sure if my trash bag in the bench outside is to be removed every time they pick up trash but if it is meant to be changed then nobody has done so and it smells horrific and I’m sure the people who pick up the trash has seen it and smelled it yet has not done anything about it.
